If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return an item in the UK, please navigate to our returns portal.

​To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps.

Free UK Returns

To initiate a UK return, please visit our returns portal here.
Enter your order number* and email to start the returns request.
Select your items, reason and click “Confirm.”
You will receive an email with your prepaid collect+ QR code and information on where to return your item at their hundreds of drop off locations.
Please allow up to 21 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.


International Returns

To initiate an International return please email us and we can provide details for return. Unfortuantely International returns are not free.

Refunds or Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If your arrived items are defective/damaged please follow the same returns process as above and you will be refunded.

If you want to exchange your item, please contact us directly through email of through direct message on Instagram. We will then be able to process your exchange (dependent of availability) on receipt of your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

** We are not able to generate return labels for international shipments. International customers will be responsible for return shipments.

We are not responsible for any lost international returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number.
